In the mood for a healthy lunch?

I started making lunches a while back and my fiance and I bought ingredients/food for this week’s lunch, which is amazing.

We are taking salads this week, thus to be healthier, we’re building our’s from scratch.

We started with:

  • Spring mix of greens,
  • shredded carrots (you can even buy them already shredded! [if you’re lazy like me :P])
  • Block Cheese (your preference [I got Colby and mozzarella]) cut the cheese to cubes.
  • Then, meats, the best part. I went to local grocery stores deli and bought Roasted smoked turkey and get it cut about a 1/2 inch and then cubed it as well.
  • Lastly a purple onion sliced.

Great, tasty and healthy lunch!

I’ve added fresh fruit, along with a pudding cup and water to fill out the rest!
