So today for breakfast (after the apple & cinnamon oatmeal) I had a strawberry banana smoothie.
Yet another simple drink:
Blend to smooth consistency:
- 1 cups of ice
- 4 medium/large strawberries (cut in 1/2)
- 1 large banana (cut in 4)
- 4 oz. Apple juice
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
More or less ice depending on what you like (More for a bit grittier, and thick drink. Less for a thinner and smoother drink).
Great for summertime too, and another extremely easy drink in the Magic Bullet.
