Okay, so today I made a decent lunch that’s easy, nutritional, and delicious.
The good old-fashioned peanut-butter and jelly sandwich.
I had 12-grain bread with crunchy peanut-butter and red raspberry jam
I also had a fresh apple, and cooked carrots sweetened with honey, and cornbread stuffing (from a box).
I haven’t done a new recipe for today, but had to share that lunch to give some of you ideas if you’re looking for something healthy and good. The meal is around 990 calories in all.
